Drawing on a wealth of experience in local government Parking Enforcement and Community Safety CCTV, TES has used it's deep expertise in CCTV and associated technologies to produce a local authority first.

The Smart car is a small environmentally-friendly vehicle, easy to park and agile in heavy traffic. TES has cars purpose-built and fitted with e-compliant equipment, adhering to police standards that ensure no interference. The technical solution is of the highest quality, with for example, dual batteries to ensure video equipment does not draw on the vehicle power. Cars come with a GPS receiver, so locations can easily be verified, and top models are able to transmit co-ordinates back to a web based server.

The solution is already in use at a number of local authorities. It has been refined and matured over the past 12 months in response to client feedback, and is proven to meet real-world requirements.

With TES' rental option, no capital outlay is required and the risk to Authorities is minimised. TES also takes on the maintenance of the vehicle and equipment. Vehicles are available within six weeks of an order being placed.
